Be Kind to Yourself

Since this is the first blog post, I would like to say welcome to MomLikes!

And since it’s Monday, I want to be the first one to give you permission to treat yourself with a little more kindness today. As moms, we tend to be a little hard on ourselves on Mondays. With all the weekly goal setting, Mondays can be a but rough. Just remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day ( in this case a week), so be gentle with yourself today. Be sure to spread out your to-do list because we all deserve to be sane at the beginning of the week ( let’s wait until Thursday to bring on the crazy, ha!)

How do you set the tone/ mood for the week to keep down your stress/crazy? I love to purchase flowers from the market to brighten up the house or find sweet treats to stash at my desk for an emergency sugar craving ( I don’t recommend doing this, Lol).
